Caregiver Connection November Meeting

Caregiver Connection’s November meeting will take place on Monday, November 1, from 12 PM to 1 PM.

The meeting will take place online via Zoom. Sign up today online. The Zoom link will be sent by email to those who sign up.

Caregiver Connection is a monthly meeting that allows family caregivers to gather for networking and an opportunity to share tips, challenges, frustrations, joys, resources, and more. Any family caregiver is welcome, whether caring for a loved one once a week, on a live-in basis, or anything in between. The meetings are on the first Monday of each month.

There is no cost to attend, but sign-up is required. Sign-up can be completed online, by phone to 859-986-1500, or by email to hospice@hospicecp.org.

Caregiver Connection is sponsored and hosted by Hospice Care Plus. It is primarily intended for caregivers whose loved ones are not yet appropriate for hospice care. Learn more here.
