Hospice Care Plus is a non-profit, community-based organization. The level of care and support we provide patients, families, and our community is only possible because of supporters who invest in our mission.
Gifts to our general fund allow us to offer four care programs:
- Home Hospice Care
- Home Palliative Care
- Compassionate Care Center
- Grief & Loss Support Services

Some of the ways your donations support our care and mission:
Care for patients and families who are uninsured is 100% funded by donors. We also make sure that the under-insured receive care and services. That’s why we can say we provide care for all, regardless of insurance status or ability to pay. You make that possible.
When we make a special experience possible for patients and families, like the recent art exhibit for a patient in our Home Hospice Program, that, too, is only possible because of community support.
Our speakers bureau is 100% funded by donations. Each year, we give free presentations on advance care planning, grief and loss, caregiver issues, and hospice and palliative care.
Our Palliative Care Program is 100% funded by donations. It is not reimbursed by any insurance program, and it does not invoice patients and families for care.
Our Grief and Loss Support Program’s outreach to the community is 100% funded by donations. It is not reimbursed by any insurance program, and it does not invoice for care. When we hold support groups, work one-on-one with a child or adult, and host memorial services like the annual Remembrance Tree Ceremony, it is because of our donors.
