National Hospice Month

In honor of National Hospice Booth, Hospice Care Plus is hosting multiple information booths in Estill, Jackson, Lee, Madison, Owsley, and Rockcastle counties.

The booths will feature helpful resources on advance care planning and related documents, hospice care, palliative care, family caregiver workshops, and more.

Tiffani Wright, Community Liaison at Hospice Care Plus, will be on-hand at each booth to answer questions, share resources, give away helpful items, and invite visitors to enter to win a holiday-themed gift basket.

In addition to information booths, Hospice Care Plus staff will appear on these radio stations during November:

Nov. 7, 10-11 AM            Radio Eye Kentucky, Health Corner

Nov. 7, 10-11 AM            WWAG 107.9 FM Mckee and 98.9 FM Berea

Nov. 13, 1-2 PM               WSKV 104.9 FM Irvine, Stanton

Nov. 26, 77-9 AM            WIRV 99.3 FM Irvine

Tune in, visit our booths, and help celebrate National Hospice Month by being informed on advance care planning and hospice and palliative care. Be sure to follow us on Facebook to stay on top of all the latest news, events, and more.
