About the Remembrance Tree Ceremony
For decades, our annual Remembrance Tree Ceremony has supported those who grieve for loved ones during the holiday season. It has become a comforting, meaningful family tradition for hundreds.
Guests submit memorial names, and our volunteers personalize a memorial ornament for each name. During the ceremony, guests place ornaments on the remembrance trees as their loved ones' names are read.
Although free and open to the public, we invite participants to make a donation of any size when requesting their ornament. Proceeds fund the event as well as our programs and services. If you would like to receive invitations and updates about the Remembrance Tree Ceremony, please sign up for our events mailing list.

My Grief and Loss Support Booklet
This booklet was created and published by our Grief and Loss Support team. We're happy to mail this to anyone who would like extra support as they grieve the loss of a loved one, regardless of whether our organization cared for them.
Please contact us to request the booklet: 859-986-1500 or hospice@hospicecp.org. The booklet is limited to residents of the counties served by our organization: Estill, Jackson, Lee, Madison, Owsley, and Rockcastle counties.
